Named after Leon Thomas’, “China Doll”. A unique blend of soul and jazz from the early 70s; describes the singer’s encounter with a beautiful woman who he likens to a “china doll”.
This song was chosen as the title once it was revealed in conversation that Cheyanne’s nickname is China Doll, given to her by her grandmother.
